If you choose to contact us via email (for example by sending us an application). Any personal data contained within that will be processed by Google’s Gmail service and will be stored in line with our deletion policy (outlined below)

If you send an application by post, again, data contained will be stored and disposed of securely

If you choose to sign up to our newsletter either via email or using the submission form on this website. You can opt out of being on the newsletter via the button at the end of newsletters you receive or alternatively by emailing contact@jmmfund.co.uk

If you choose to make a Gift Aid Declaration, this information will be shared with HMRC in order for us to be able to claim Gift Aid

If you choose to make a donation, you will be redirected to our Payment Service Provider PayPal, data provided by you as part of that transaction will be collected by PayPal and some of that may be visible to the Jayne Morley Memorial Fund through PayPal’s service

How we store your personal information & deletion policy:
Your information is securely stored.
We keep information contained within beneficiary applications for up to 120 days to allow the application to be processed and any relevant information stored (e.g. contact details to maintain communication). Once the application has been reviewed by the trustees, it is securely disposed of through deletion of the email or if it is a hard copy, through its destruction. Any other personal information we control will be assessed in an annual review.
